NATIONAL DRUG EDUCATION PROGRAM
The usage of illicit drugs has been a problem worldwide in our modern era. These habit- forming substances cause many health problems that are not limited to physical manifestations but also can lead to emotional and psychological instability. In that context, the Tambo Elementary School Unit I created its own program named ‘Comprehensive Report, Evaluation and Education on Drugs’ (CREED) to educate, monitor and assist students, both teaching and non – teaching personnel in their endeavor to create a school wide drug- free society. This entails activities such as seminars, production of pamphlets, games, articles, and open forums to educate students and poster-making, slogan, and essay writing to incorporate the arts and freedom of speech to our cause.
