Exemplary Behavior Awardees

The Theme of World Teachers’ Day 2021 is “Teachers at the Heart of Education Recovery”. The United Nations (UNESCO) presented this theme for teachers’ day in respect of their determined and diligent efforts in the crucial stages of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The celebration focuses on the nobility of the profession. A teacher or formally an educator is a person who helps students to acquire knowledge, competence/virtue. An icon of knowledge. They are one of the most influential forces for quality education and development. They are a source of awareness and enlightenment. They nourish their students with their wisdom.  They teach the real skills of a successful life to children. Their es-cheats help us to discover the precise path across life.

It’s time we get an amazing gift for our teachers. They play a very important role in our lives and this day is celebrated to acknowledge their efforts. This day is a golden opportunity to accolade them for their services.

Loyalty Awardees, teachers who rendered 15 years in service, Ms. Marissa S. Solomon, Ms. Eva V. Necosia, and Ms. Nova P. Matias. A teacher who rendered 25 years in service, Ms. Marinette M. Galang. School-Based Special Awardees in Exemplary Behavior Award, Ms. Elenita P. Reodique, Ms. Dianne Charisse G. Quinto, Mr. Rolly Almelia, and Ms. Jessica Pabular. Katapangan Award, Ms. Marichu M. Contreras. And Kahanga-hanga Award, Ms. Imelda T. Albito.

Like what Sidney Hook says, “Everyone remembers his own education remembers teachers, not method and techniques. The teacher is the heart of the educational system.”
