BRIGADA ESKWELA
uThe Brigada Eskwela Program is one of the most important programs in DepEd. That really benefited the school to function even though we are facing pandemic so called Covid-19. In the spirit of bayanihan, private institutions/individuals, government agencies, local government units, and other organizations contribute to our school Tambo Elementary School Unit 1 to ensure accessible and quality basic education.
uStakeholders supported BE by donating thermal scanners; hand sanitizing, facemask, face shield, sanitizing equipment and solution, cleaning materials, vitamins, school supplies and even office supplies for printing of COVID-19 and sanitation/proper hand washing hygiene information materials to helped introduced protection and health protocols to learners and teachers. Some of the stakeholders sanitized the whole school to ensure that the school is covid free and safe for none teaching to work on the modules for learners.
uBE also engaged partners in the promotion and provision of learning options such as printing of self-learning modules for distance learning, local radio and TV stations and other available media as a form of partnership to delivered the basic education curriculum in the time of COVID-19 that really helped all learners.
