Tambo Elementary School Unit I Feeding Program supports learners who have been reported as undernourished. The program’s goal is to combat hunger by encouraging learners to participate and contribute to their nutritional well-being. It also aims to provide nourishment for their growth and development, as well as to aid in the strengthening of their immune systems. In addition, it aims to raise the spirits of learners who arrive at school with an empty stomach and learners who are unable to access the proper amount and type of food for their well-being which is one of the main reasons why certain learners perform poor academically and in co-curricular activities.
