NARRATIVE REPORT
Teachers’ Meeting on School In-Service Training
January 26, 2022, 10:00 a.m.
A short meeting was held virtually about the preparations for Tambo Elementary School I School-Based In-Set this coming February 2 – 4, 2022 from 8:00 – 4:00 p.m.. Ms. Dianne Charisse G. Quinto hosted the said meeting.
There are four (4) objectives: 1. To strengthen pedagogical practices in heightening the learner’s achievement in blended/ modular distance learning. 2. To optimize skills to organize and use appropriate teaching and online resources in the delivery of learning goals through agreed common mechanisms and/or processes in accomplishing modes of verification (MOVs). 3. To maintain the holistic being of teachers particularly one’s physical and mental health. 4. To provide awareness and proper handling of technology tools in the delivery of instruction in a synchronous and asynchronous format. Then, each teacher is given their own tasks in the 3-day School-Based INSET and color-coding per day the new polo shirt on the first day, green on the second day, and pink on the last day. There are also invited Guest Speakers for us to know better about the topic to be discussed.
Lastly, our principal Ms. Florenda P. Aquino added the activities in the Closing Program. Surely, all of us will be benefited from the said activity. The teachers are very excited and can’t wait for the said activity.
