Section 112. Transparency Seal.

To enhance transparency and enforce accountability, all agencies of the government shall maintain a Transparency Seal to be posted on their websites. The Transparency Seal shall contain the following:

I. Agency Mandate, Vision, Mission, and List of Officials

a. Agency Mandate, Vision, Mission
b. List of Officials, Positions, (Faculty and Staff) and Contact Details

II. Annual Financial Reports

a.1.1. List of Allotment and Sub-Allotments (LASA) Received
